Please join us for Looking Back to Look Forward: Recent ERISA Cases and What They Portend for 2019, presented by Rich Segal, Pillsbury Winthrop. Topics covered in this presentation include:

Arbitration of ERISA claims brought on behalf of plans against fiduciaries
Fiduciary breach cases alleging bad investment choices
Burden of proof in fiduciary breach cases

This lunch meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California 92108. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for registration and networking, and the presentation will run from noon to approximately 1:00 p.m.
