Please join us for What to Expect in an EBSA Investigation for Pension Plans, presented by James Goldstein, U.S. Department of Labor and Spiro Preovolos, PenChecks. Topics covered in this presentation include:

  • Overview of EBSA and our enforcement program
  • What to expect from an investigation of a 401(k) plans
  • Specific Issues that arise with terminated 401(k) plans
  • A brief overview of EBSA’s abandoned plan program
  • Private-sector services to 401(k) plans
This lunch meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California 92108. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for registration and networking, and the presentation will run from noon to approximately 1:00 p.m. 

The reservation deadline for the meeting is Monday, September 16th.
