Please join us for VCP and Walk-In Cap, Correcting Plan Errors, presented by Jennifer Weikel, General Counsel of Nyhart. Topics covered in this presentation include:

  • EPCRS – what is it and who can use it?
  • SCP – what can be corrected under this method
  • VCP – when do you use, electronic filing and the process/fees
  • Audit CAP – when is this used, what is the process/fees
  • Questions and examples

This lunch meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California 92108. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for registration and networking, and the presentation will run from noon to approximately 1:00 p.m.
