This topic is excellent for all pension professionals to learn the appropriate terminology, identify potential issues and solutions, and become familiar with the common compensation considerations in mergers and acquisitions. A wide range of liability, due diligence, and compliance issues will be covered.

This session will be informative for benefit plan professionals such as financial planners, actuaries, trustees, third party administrators, CPAs, and attorneys, as well as plan sponsors.
