Description: Elizabeth Van Clief will present on best practices for a plan service provider to follow with respect to the administration of QDROs. When to qualify, what to watch out for, how to deal with the death of a participant or alternate payee, when to involve legal counsel, and how to avoid common pitfalls of administration. Bring your questions and get ready to enter the wild world of dividing benefits in divorce!

This lunch meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, 7450 Hazard Center Drive, San Diego, California 92108. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for registration and networking, and the presentation will run from noon to approximately 1:00 p.m.
