Please join us for An Introduction to ESOPs, presented by Sheryl Bayani-Alzona, Employee Benefits Law Group. 

The different ways an ESOP can be used as a tool for succession planning and exit planning by the shareholder of a corporation will be discussed.  In addition, we will learn about the various ESOP transaction structures and the benefits and tradeoffs of each structure. The speaker will discuss how to determine if an ESOP will be right for a corporation.
