Mr. Prunty will be providing an overview of EBSA’s 2025 enforcement projects and priorities, as well as be discussing fiduciary responsibilities and prohibited transactions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), an overview of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), and what to expect in an EBSA investigation.
